Residential · Commercial · Sheet metal

One crew for the house, the warehouse, and the metal that caps them both.

New Castle Systems, LLC grew out of two kinds of work: low slope commercial and composite roof systems, and the fabrication and installation of sheet metal roof and wall systems. Homeowners get both on the same job.

The leaders of our sheet metal work went through an extensive 5 year program to qualify as journeyman level, and every guideline we follow conforms to the national SMACNA standards. The round roof in this photo is one of ours.

Fabricated in-house

Crenellated parapets, capped in metal we bent ourselves.

We do in-house metal fabrication, saving you time and money by cutting out the middle man. The caps on these parapets came out of our own shop, and so do the flashing and trim on our metal roofs.

“When that didn't fully work out, New Castle Systems still stepped up and worked with me on a fair price and a payment plan that made everything manageable. They've been incredible to work with from start to finish. Froy Mena put in so much extra effort, and I truly appreciate everything he did. I can't recommend them enough”

What people ask us about their roofs.

Anything not here, ask Froy or Angel on the phone at (509) 941-8952.

Yes. Small jobs are welcome. One customer wrote that a very minor repair was hard to grade a company on, but the work and value were excellent and they plan to use us again.

We send update texts with pictures through the job, so you can follow the installation without climbing a ladder or driving by every day. Customers tell us the photos of what needed doing, and of the finished work, are what gave them peace of mind.

We have. One customer's roof came apart in a windstorm; Froy Mena met with her insurance company and pushed for the cost to be covered, and when it was not fully covered we worked out a fair price and a payment plan with her.

Low slope TPO, PVC and EPDM, plus metal roofing and sheet metal wall systems. Our leaders average 10 years each in low slope systems, and we fabricate our own metal in-house.

On residential installations we extend lifetime parts and labor warranties through our relationship with GAF, which keeps the system brand-consistent from the deck up. Our installation warranty is listed as 2 years. Ask us to walk you through the paperwork for your roof.
